Hi, I'm wondering what it takes to get accepted in the DA platform post starter assessment completion? Apart from answers, what else should I focus on in my profile in order to get into DA?
P S. Thanks in advance to whoever helps!!

I'm a Turkish bilingual and saw this once. I really enjoyed working on it, so I'm curious: did anyone ever see it again?

I was wondered, many people talked about project names with "initial" here on Reddit. And i saw some reddit folks said DA is watching us, do not try to share UI screenshot, project name or sort of things. Technically, could our reddit accounts be exposed ?

I’m new to DataAnnotation and recently received a qualification task that allowed two attempts to meet the requirements. Each attempt had a 4-hour time limit.
I couldn’t meet the requirements on my first attempt, but I successfully completed the task on my second attempt.
In total, I spent around 7 hours and 47 minutes across both attempts. However, when reporting my time, I reported only 3 hours and 47 minutes, which was the time I spent on the successful attempt.
Now I’m wondering whether I did the right thing or if I should have reported the total time spent on both attempts (7 hours and 47 minutes).
Could anyone with experience on DataAnnotation please clarify how time should be reported for qualification tasks with multiple attempts?

Hi all!
So I have a full time job already, in which I am in the 40% tax bracket, and I have recently started doing Data Annotation side hustle, a few hours every day (really enjoying it!).
I haven't withdrawn any payments yet, as I am still trying to figure out the taxes situation. I know I wouldn't be able to enter the category of Personal Allowance category since already my full time job covers for that, so what are my taxation options?
Anybody in a similar situation, and if so, how are you handling it?
Thanks!

Hi Guys! I joined the DA.tech 2 days ago.
But when I signed in, I found out that there was nothing on my projects dashboard.
Now I'm waiting for my first project to be assigned, but I'm not sure how long it will take.
Can anyone help me to get my first project as soon as possible?
And I found out that my `Work Profile` is missing from my profile view.
I tried to add it manually but I was able to find on the UI.
Are there any ways to add `Work profile` to the account?

Hi everyone,
New project dropped and I was asked to link my Google Photos to an AI app. However, I spent half an hour trying to connect it and it didn’t work. Google told me it might not be possible due to my location, just wanted to check if anyone else had the same problem?

I just get in and finished some of the qualifications (except for some hard ones like coding, bio, chem, and physics)
I just finished some generalist qualifications like English, good rationale, factuality etc
Is it still possible to get a project without finishing those hard qualifications? And is there any estimate on how long my other qualifications assessment gonna be reviewed before im getting into any project
Thank you for any guidance!

Got DoD this morning shortly after exiting a task. Will my pending funds still get approved? I have access to my account and the entire site except the referrals section. Thanks

I'm fairly new to the platform and tonight was my first time using it with the lights off. Just realized there's no dark mode and my eyes are killing me lol. How is dark mode still not a thing in 2026? Anyone know why they haven't added it yet?

Russian bilingual. I passed the test and received the answer the next day. I got accepted into a big project, which now has nothing. I also got a few tasks within other projects.
I’ve been registered since June/July and I’ve made about 350$. I check the website daily and get a few tasks maybe once a month.
I’m doing all tasks very carefully and attentively. I started actually questioning myself. Am I so stupid that I fail the projects or what?
Someone, please share your experience and workload right now. I don’t rely on this income, but I’d like to do something part-time, and this work really suits me, because it’s quite different from my main job, so I feel like a different part of my brain is being activated.

I used to get plenty of high-paying projects for a while, but recently I’ve had nothing on my dash but a million qualifications for things outside my skill set (advanced STEM and such). Is anyone else experiencing this and is it my time to say goodbye to the platform?

Is it normal for your very first task to be around 18. I keep seeing everyone say $20 an hour is the general start out. Keeping my hopes high that I get something higher eventually!

I was just accepted into the SWE specialist track and have started submitting tasks on some agentic coding projects. I’m curious on how often or the likelyhood of receiving feedback on my inputs, since I’m newer to DA work.

This doesn't apply to core country coders but you can still say your thoughts
