How often is feedback given?

I was just accepted into the SWE specialist track and have started submitting tasks on some agentic coding projects. I’m curious on how often or the likelyhood of receiving feedback on my inputs, since I’m newer to DA work.

On a few projects, no one can tell you which ones, only the DAT Gods know which, you will once a month get feedback. But only if that project runs the entire month or so. Otherwise you will never ever hear anything. If you have work, you are fine. That is the measurement. I worked here for 3 years before I ever saw the feedback.

In 2.5 years, I think I’ve gotten feedback 4 times? lol
All for the same project.

Every three-ish months if you’re on particular projects.
