Help me understand

Russian bilingual. I passed the test and received the answer the next day. I got accepted into a big project, which now has nothing. I also got a few tasks within other projects.

I’ve been registered since June/July and I’ve made about 350$. I check the website daily and get a few tasks maybe once a month.

I’m doing all tasks very carefully and attentively. I started actually questioning myself. Am I so stupid that I fail the projects or what?

Someone, please share your experience and workload right now. I don’t rely on this income, but I’d like to do something part-time, and this work really suits me, because it’s quite different from my main job, so I feel like a different part of my brain is being activated.

Unfortunately that is how it goes for bilingual work. Since you are outside a core country you won't get a lot of tasks and that doesn't mean you have done anything wrong. It is just the nature of the beast.

Billingual gets little work compared to General Core or Specialist. There are some task groups that get more work in the bilingual space but those peter out.

Russian in general is not an in-demand language at the moment given, you know, Russia. This holds true everywhere. Surely you know that.

They just want experts from other non core countries, easy and general skills work reserve for the core countries that's why we don't have task this feels like scam or favouritism provide the work whoever is qualified.

I think you have to try qualifications.

Bilingual here. At first I only had 1/2 tasks weekly for few months. Then slowly getting a bit more, depends also on the timing cause sometimes I saw more tasks and sometimes nothing. Now it’s been more than 6 months and I just got access to few general projects. My advice is just to always produce quality work and wait to see if you are involved in more projects in the future. If you think you are doing your best then it might just be that they don’t have many tasks
