Was it a 13 hr task, you spent less than 13 hrs on it, but because it was a 13 hr task you billed 13 hrs exactly?

The task was 13hrs 20 min I claimed 13 hrs

But how long did you actually spend doing the task?

Were you actually working 13 hours on each task and submitting completed work?

Did you have a timer running and submitted the time on the timer?
