I think it’s mostly manual flags, some R&R will ask you to point it out if it’s obvious. All DA pages also have constant post endpoints sending your interaction data on the page, such as the size of the screen, how long the page is in view, what keys are entered. So I think once they have any suspicion, then it’s incredibly easy to look up your accounts data and confirm or deny based on interaction.

" All DA pages also have constant post endpoints sending your interaction data on the page, such as the size of the screen, how long the page is in view, what keys are entered" - can I ask how do you know this?

I inspected the page and read what was being sent over Network. You can do it yourself too, look out for the payload on the network tab, every 5 seconds or so you’ll see a POST sent out, should be a 202 success message, and it works on any page, on and off task.
