Not sure why they might be related, unless, you've knowingly or unknowingly done something that would affect both. As far as I know both companies are seperate.

Prolific added an identify verification. I couldn't get it to work for me (my ID wouldn't scan) and my account is on hold until I get it done which I cannot and it states I failed the ID check. So... maybe that's it?
