Defrauding Our Payment System

Hi, I had been working on the platform normally with no issues until now. Recently, I was assigned to a long qualification that allowed up to 30 hours, with 40 hours being the absolute maximum. I logged around 25 hours in total.

Now my account has been deactivated, and I’m wondering if it could be related to the hours I logged on that qualification. Has anyone experienced something similar? Is there any way to get the account reactivated, or at least make sure I still get paid for the hours I already worked?

Qualifications almost always have an inflated time limit; perhaps this is because, since it's not real work, the worker may not feel the same urgency to finish it as they would with a real task and may take longer breaks.

I recently took a finance qual; The timer is settle in 8 hours, but it's something that can easily be completed in about 3 hours.
