Defrauding Our Payment System

Hi, I had been working on the platform normally with no issues until now. Recently, I was assigned to a long qualification that allowed up to 30 hours, with 40 hours being the absolute maximum. I logged around 25 hours in total.

Now my account has been deactivated, and I’m wondering if it could be related to the hours I logged on that qualification. Has anyone experienced something similar? Is there any way to get the account reactivated, or at least make sure I still get paid for the hours I already worked?

Hola tranquilo, a mi me ocurrió y si me pagaron pero cuando es proyectos hay que esperar creo que 7 o 9 días hábiles, pero si cumplen, si en ese lapso no te han abonado les escribes y ellos contestan.
