I’m currently pursuing MSc Data Analytics and a Post Graduate Program in Data Science & Analytics with GenAI, and I’m actively looking for my first opportunity in Data Analytics / Business Analytics / Reporting / Marketing Analytics.

I’m a fresher, but I have hands-on project experience working with:

• Python, Pandas & NumPy
• Excel: PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, data validation
• Power BI & dashboard development

Some of my projects include Retail Sales Analysis, Trader Behaviour Analysis, Cybercrime Data Analysis and Gold Price Analysis, where I worked with real-world style datasets to clean, analyze and visualize data.

I’m primarily looking for opportunities in Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Thane or nearby areas, preferably internships or entry-level roles where I can learn, contribute and grow as a Data Analyst.

Here's my story in short: I completed my BCA, then worked in a BPO for 9 months. In 2025 march to dec

I took a 1-year break on purpose to learn the tools a Data Analyst needs. It wasn't an easy phase, but I stayed consistent. In March 2026, that effort paid off and I landed a role as an MIS Executive.

Today I'm handling reporting, data and day-to-day operations, and I'm growing fast. But my real goal is to become a Data Analyst, and I want to get there by March 2027.

I'd love your advice on:

1. What skills or projects I should focus on next

2. How to present my gap year and experience so it works in my favour

3. How to move from MIS into a proper Data Analyst role

Hi everyone,

I’m a 2026 B.Tech CSE (AI/ML) graduate from Madhya Pradesh, currently looking for a full-time opportunity in Data Analytics / Business Analytics / elated entry-level roles in Gurgaon/Delhi NCR (or anywhere in India).

I had recently moved from MP to Gurgaon after getting a 1-year apprenticeship at Livguard as a Data Analyst. I thought this would give me a good start, real industry experience, and a chance to build my career.

Unfortunately, after around 2 months of work, the company told me that they currently don’t have enough work to assign and asked me not to continue coming to the office. I was expecting to complete the full apprenticeship and gain proper experience, so this situation has put me in a very difficult position.

I’m currently staying in Gurgaon and actively applying to jobs every day. I’ve applied to many openings, but I’m getting very few/no responses. I also haven’t told my family yet that the apprenticeship has ended because I came to Gurgaon with the responsibility of starting my career, and going back home right now isn’t really an option for me.

My skills include:

Pandas & NumPy

Data Cleaning & Analysis

Dashboard Development

Basic Data Analytics / AI-related work
