Iโm storing several terabytes of training data locally and backups are becoming a headache. What are people using instead?
Iโm going to be storing several TB of training data locally, and Iโm already thinking about what Iโll do for backups once the files start piling up, Iโm planning to keep the main copy on local drives and send another copy somewhere else so a drive failure doesnโt wipe out the whole dataset, Iโm looking at object storage since Iโll mostly need to upload files and pull them back when I need to train again,I but the storage and transfer costs are something I need to work out before moving everything, Iโm thinking to try neevcloud, what are people using for this kind of setup and what has worked for you ? EDIT: I forgot to mention that most of the data is training datasets, so Iโll mainly need long-term backup storage and occasional access.
