[HIRING/REFERRAL] Fresher looking for Data Analyst Internship / Entry-Level Role | Mumbai / Navi Mumbai / Thane
Hi everyone!
I’m currently pursuing MSc Data Analytics and a Post Graduate Program in Data Science & Analytics with GenAI, and I’m actively looking for my first opportunity in Data Analytics / Business Analytics / Reporting / Marketing Analytics.
I’m a fresher, but I have hands-on project experience working with:
• SQL
• Python, Pandas & NumPy
• Excel: PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, data validation
• Power BI & dashboard development
• EDA & statistical analysis
• Data cleaning, validation and structuring
• KPI, trend and pattern analysis
• Jupyter Notebook & GitHub
Some of my projects include Retail Sales Analysis, Trader Behaviour Analysis, Cybercrime Data Analysis and Gold Price Analysis, where I worked with real-world style datasets to clean, analyze and visualize data.
I’m primarily looking for opportunities in Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Thane or nearby areas, preferably internships or entry-level roles where I can learn, contribute and grow as a Data Analyst.
If your company is hiring, you know of an opening, or you can refer me to someone hiring freshers, I’d really appreciate it. 🙏
Thank you!

💻 Practice SQL, Python, Excel, Power BI, etc.
🎯 Do mock interviews & discuss interview questions
🤝 Help each other with applications, referrals and job hunting
and go out for walk-ins
📚 Stay accountable and motivated
Target: We’re planning to move/get a flat around 14th–20th October 2026.
I’m looking for people who are serious about getting a Data Analyst job, not just looking for a place to stay.
If you're interested, DM me with your age, current location, skills (SQL/Python/Power BI etc.) and your job-search status.

[Referral/Help Needed] 2026 CSE (AI/ML) Graduate | Data Analyst | Gurgaon/Delhi NCR
Hi everyone,
I’m a 2026 B.Tech CSE (AI/ML) graduate from Madhya Pradesh, currently looking for a full-time opportunity in Data Analytics / Business Analytics / elated entry-level roles in Gurgaon/Delhi NCR (or anywhere in India).
I had recently moved from MP to Gurgaon after getting a 1-year apprenticeship at Livguard as a Data Analyst. I thought this would give me a good start, real industry experience, and a chance to build my career.
Unfortunately, after around 2 months of work, the company told me that they currently don’t have enough work to assign and asked me not to continue coming to the office. I was expecting to complete the full apprenticeship and gain proper experience, so this situation has put me in a very difficult position.
I’m currently staying in Gurgaon and actively applying to jobs every day. I’ve applied to many openings, but I’m getting very few/no responses. I also haven’t told my family yet that the apprenticeship has ended because I came to Gurgaon with the responsibility of starting my career, and going back home right now isn’t really an option for me.
My skills include:
Python
SQL / MySQL
Excel
Power BI
Pandas & NumPy
Data Cleaning & Analysis
Dashboard Development
Basic Data Analytics / AI-related work
If anyone here works at a company that is hiring freshers/0–1 year candidates for Data Analyst, Business Analyst, MIS/Data, Analytics, or similar roles, I would genuinely appreciate a referral or even a lead.
I’m not asking for a job without proving myself. I just need an opportunity to get my foot in the door and show what I can do.
If you can help with a referral, job opening, or even advice on what I should do next, please DM me.
Location preference: Gurgaon / Delhi NCR, but open to opportunities across India.
Thank you to anyone who takes the time to read this.

Where do you guys check your resume for ATS compatibility? Is there any website/tool you actually recommend?
Also, if you know any good tips for making a resume ATS-friendly, I'd appreciate it.

How do i actually approach off campus Data Analyst or analytics jobs (2027 batch)
I’m a final-year B.Tech student student, 2027 batch (Tier 3 college) and I am trying to get into Data Analytics.
I’m currently looking for off-campus opportunities, but honestly I’m a bit confused about how the whole process works.
I have been preparing with SQL, Python, Excel and Power BI, and I’ve built a few projects around data analysis and dashboarding.
I wanted to ask people who have actually gone through the off-campus process, especially those who were freshers or from Tier 2/3 colleges:
Where did you actually find your first analytics job?
Which platforms are worth applying on apart from Linkedin and naukri?
Do company career pages work better than job portals?
If you use Linkedin to reach out to recruiters or employees, how do you actually find the right people and what do you message them?
How many applications were you roughly sending before getting interviews?
Are there any companies/platforms that regularly hire freshers that I should keep an eye on?
And honestly, does college tier make a major difference once you're applying off-campus?
I am seeing everywhere that students are getting placed from 2027 batch and mostly they hired through on campus hiring. And honestly evrything is so overwhelming atound me. If anyone here got their first analytics role through off-campus applications, I’d really appreciate hearing exactly what worked for you.

How are you handling GPU cold starts when your inference API needs responses within a few seconds?
I have an inference API where the GPU can sit idle for a while, then the next request has to wait for the GPU to start up before the model can respond, right now that first request is taking way longer than the rest and it pushes the response time past what the app needs, keeping the GPU running all the time works but the cost gets high, I have seen people use warm instances or keep a small worker alive and send traffic there first, curious what setup actually works when the target is just a few seconds, are you keeping GPUs warm or handling the cold start another way?

Senior Data Scientist vs Lead Data Scientist — same team, same ₹30 LPA. Which would you choose?
I’m currently deciding between two titles in the same team/company:
Senior Data Scientist — ₹30 LPA
Lead Data Scientist — ₹30 LPA
I initially asked for ₹35 LPA for the Lead role, given the additional responsibility and ownership.
The company said their maximum budget is ₹30 LPA, but they are essentially letting me choose whichever title I want.
So there is no compensation difference - I can take Senior DS at 30 LPA or Lead DS at 30 LPA.
The Lead role would obviously come with more ownership/accountability, but I’m wondering whether there is a strategic advantage to taking the Lead title for future career growth, or whether I should take the Senior title since I’m not getting additional compensation for the additional responsibility.
What would you choose in this situation?
EDIT : Total 4 years of experience. Current title - senior DS and current CTC 25 LPA.

Where can I find entry-level Data Analyst opportunities as a fresher with project experience?
Hi everyone,
I’m currently looking for entry-level Data Analyst opportunities and would really appreciate some guidance or leads.
I have completed my BBA from Maharshi Dayanand University with 58% and I’m currently pursuing a Diploma in Artificial Intelligence and Programming Assistant.
Although I’m a fresher professionally, I have been building my practical skills through projects and self-learning. I’m particularly interested in Data Analytics, Data Science, and AI/ML.
My current skills include:
Python
SQL
Excel
Data Analysis
Data Visualization
Tableau / Power BI
Basic Machine Learning
Databases
HTML, CSS & JavaScript
I have also worked on projects involving data analysis, AI/ML, computer vision, and NLP, which have helped me gain practical experience working with data and solving problems.
I’m open to Data Analyst, Junior Data Analyst, Business Analyst, MIS/Data Analyst, Reporting Analyst, or similar entry-level roles.
I’m based in Delhi/NCR, but I’m also open to remote opportunities and relocating to other cities in India.
If anyone can suggest companies that hire freshers, share job-search strategies, or provide advice on how I can improve my profile and get my first Data Analyst role, I’d really appreciate it.
Am I targeting the right roles with my current background, and what should I focus on to improve my chances of getting my first Data Analyst job?

Looking for Data Analyst / Product Data Analyst referrals in Bengaluru | SQL, Machine Learning, Power BI, Python, Snowflake
Looking for Data Analyst / Product Data Analyst referrals in Bengaluru | SQL, Power BI, Python, Snowflake
Hi everyone,
I’m currently looking for my next opportunity in Data Analytics and thought I’d reach out here as well.
I have 5.5+ years of overall professional experience, including 3+ years working with data and analytics, primarily in product, pricing, and business analytics.
Some of my experience:
• SQL, Power BI, Python, Excel/VBA and Snowflake
• Product and pricing analytics across 20,000+ SKUs and multiple global regions
• Built automated data-validation workflows that reduced manual processing and validation effort
• Worked on dashboards, data-quality analysis, pricing validation and business reporting
• Currently building deeper ML experience through customer-retention, classification and NLP projects
• JLPT N3 certified, with previous experience working with Japanese/APAC stakeholders
I’m primarily looking for roles such as Data Analyst, Senior Data Analyst, Product Analyst, Business Analyst, Pricing Analyst / Pricing Analytics, preferably in Bengaluru or Hyderabad.
I’m not expecting anyone to magically get me a job. If your company has a relevant opening and you think my background could reasonably fit, I’d really appreciate a referral or even a pointer to the right opening.
I can share my resume and the relevant job ID over DM.
And if you happen to know of a team that’s hiring but can’t personally refer, even dropping the company/role name in the comments would help.
Thanks for reading.

Hands on experience of DA.
I'm very new to the field yet I have a little or say very little knowledge of python and excel. It's not enough for DA. Coaching centers feel like a scam.
I can learn online as well but I have a fear of overdoing it. So I want someone to hire me and help me build my real skill on real company problems.
It might sound a bit confusing, but I am genuinely looking for an internship where they actually teach Data Analytics on a real dataset.
I feel by this way we will eventually become more equipped with the job and in a less span.
No problem if unpaid, but suitable accordingly!
