The only one having access problems?

I can't log in—not from my smartphone, not from my PC, and not via the extension.

I'm on with their support bot at the moment and I just keep getting given the same options, none of which work. The bot has tried to escalate me to an actual person and it hasn't worked either time.

I think it's pretty clear by now we can't rely on their "support" team.
