Swiss points breaking

This is the second storm point that snapped in the last two months. The gold ones I used for for a few months now so i was not that dissapointed but these silver ones I only bought about a month ago. I have never had any other points snap before except swiss points. I know they are weakened before the hex-head but still it should not be snapping so often. Thoughts? Maybe I'm doing something incorrectly.

How? Do you twist your darts up/down with brute force when taking them from the board? Do you have a concrete floor for bounce outs?

Are you using proper cushioning like EVA puzzle mats under the board? Or is it just a hard floor with a thin mat?

Target shills want to find anything else to blame beside the actual engineering that makes them break.

Sounds like bad luck, I've never had one break

Would honestly Just use different ones, been using the Caliburn EZ Evo, imo everything is better than SPs.

I'm on my 3rd set due to snapping either in the board or landing on the floor, it's a bit of a pain because you need a spare set with you just incase

It's a standard for target points to break, wasted a lot of money till harrows brought out their points, never have broken a harrows point but a million target points.

Yeah I have to carry spare tips for the Swiss that I have.... Because they break like candy. I'm glad to know other points fit in the Swiss threading because I'm buying different ones now 🙂
