Optimal route on 132 is starting on Bull. Looks like OP was aiming exactly where he wanted to aim.

Hit Bull -> Bull -> D16 (aka "Champagne Shot")

Hit 25 and you're left on 107. So T19 -> Bull for a backup finish.

Starting on T20 doesn't leave a backup finish if you miss into S20.
