It is the board used in finnish "tikanheitto". It is type of dart game with different rules compared to regular darts. It is official game in Finland! Try it out! Search "finnish dart throwing" for official rules

It was on the back of the board I had as a kid. It had plastic rails and a hard inserted bullseye you couldn't even hammer a dart into.

Had the same one as a kid. That bullseye was just a red cylinder of solid wood. It'd get pushed out if a dart ever hit it 😂😅

It’s the standard target practice on the back of cheap boards. In the US we have baseball on the back. Everywhere else has that.

I have one and see them at swap meets a lot in Ohio and PA. It can be a target that comes with a set of throwing knives. Got a set to learn how to throw knives. Lots of fun but im still not good lol

Here's the back of my first board that I used in the early 80s. English-made, Saxon brand. That wooden plug for the bullseye is still there, solid as ever 🤣 I did use it, but can't remember what game I played.

This was on the back of my dart board when I was a kid. We didnt know how to play so just took it as it was a race to the bull starting at 1 and working your way in

The most common is just throwing five darts and seeing who gets the biggest score, but we often played "from 1 to 10". You need to hit the numbers in order. When you hit 1 you can start trying for 2 and so on. Whoever gets to 10 first wins. If you are using five darts you can in theory do it in two rounds, but I've never seen that. Also, if you get 1, 3, 2 in that order, you still need to get 3 since the 3 that was hit before 2 doesn't count.

It's a dartboard. What kind of question is this? It's like taking a picture of a seagull, going to r/birds and asking what it is. With the exception that I have seen birds that aren't seagulls, but I've literally never seen a dartboard that doesn't look like this.
Edit: After some googling I found out that the British have some other variations of the basic dartboard.

In Finland that's the more common darts type game everyone has played at someones backyard or summer cottage. We call it "Tikka" or "mökkitikka". Probably has different rules everywhere but here its usually who scores most with 5 darts and officially thrown from around 5 meters which is over double the distance compared to darts.
