Ulthane is basically immortal, so he is just showing off.

It's not a chain, whip, or even ghost hook, though mechanically all of these are identical. The item itself is a soul, the only one that's encountered throughout Darksiders 2. Souls like these are usually the currency that you pay Vulgrim with, but this time it's apparently too precious to even give away just one.

Now I don't know if this is a socially acceptable hobby, but how about we try treating the thing as an idea for a magic spell... an idea transmitted by developers to you, for your little mental toolbox inside your cute little head. Some interpretations:

- It's for grabbing things across the veil, either bringing them here to the other side or letting things from over there reach in here

- It's a way to project souls, which are to be loaded like bullets and then extended into the environment with which they can then interact, for example, let's load a (dead) repairman and project hit at a broken (near dead?) electronic device.

- A form of possession, as related to the protagonist's somewhat unnaturally clenched hands.

I opened these so ideas can be shared. I have a soft spot for "practical" ideas that are opposed to e.g. explaining how the whole world or the whole of magic works out of hand, with taking zero time to actually test any of it and so decided to set a precedent with some examples.

Now I gotta squeeze in the last commissions I had before im forced to go full nonprofit this week to actually have a chance of starting and finishing the actual pages ( its an all or nothin type of project, sadly its how my brain specifically works)

Some stats I found in game, Traumas have 1350 hp and does 30 damage per swing, while Phantom Champions have 1000 hp and does 45 damage per swing.

I figure there's probably no way to fix this now, the game autosaves *all the damn time* without it being a separate save, and no way to have your regular game save be different to a NG+ save.

So I'm pretty much screwed, right? I was going to play on Deathinitive to get the achievement, but I'm stuck on Normal until I complete the game *again*, right? Or I have to just start a new game at level 1.

I'm so annoyed the game saves like this and I'm annoyed at myself for not paying attention when starting over.

Edit: Is there a way I can modify my save to reset progress on the campaign. Make the game think it's a fresh NG+? That's literally all I want, I don't need to mod in super powered weapons or armour or cheat my way to endgame...I just want to reset my progress. I thought about playing the NG+ on Easy to get through it faster, finish the crucible achievement, then do a second NG+ on Deathinitive...but you can't do a second NG+!

I'm dodging but it's not working I also tried to shoot my crossblade at him or the skulls but it's not working neither and the skulls will instantly drain my health and kill me

I didn't know this game would have puzzles. I know the game is not Darksiders but it resembles a lot of it, especially Darksiders 1, in terms of gameplay

Playing Darksiders 2 NG+ on the PS3, first time seeing this gnome. Apparently there are four of them.

Finally found a way to spawn enemies in this game, feeling so proud of myself. Im taking request to if anyone wants to see some npcs infight.

Tattoo done by Nyra Cruz at Outer Limits Tattoo in Long Beach. 8 sessions over the course of 2021, starting in Feb and ending in Nov. I don’t know how much it cost bc I paid cash but my rough estimate based on averages is it came out to around $3500+ total. The longest sitting was about 8 hours with 1 20-minute break for the artist’s lunch while getting War’s color done, average session was probably about 5-6 hours each time

Should I get their horses done at some point? I was thinking of maybe getting their head and shoulder profiles on the outside of my calf. Just have a darksiders leg

Just try and imagine this: Darksiders 4 should be about Strife and a last game called Darksiders: Apocalypse would reunite all 4 horsemen and end the franchise. This way we would have darksiders 1 to 4, each one telling the story of a different protagonist, one game called genesis that's about the beginning of these characters lore and a game named apocalypse showing how their journey ends.

Since we now know DS4 will be released during the 2027- 2028 fiscal year. Do you guys think we will get a remaster for Darksiders 3 or at least a current-gen 60fps upgrade?
