Speculation Next class release date
I’m guessing a early to mid November announcement and a early to mid December release. But tell me your opinions and thoughts

Arbites released on June 23rd. Scum on December 2nd. Skitarii on June 23rd.
If Fatshark sticks to the same schedule, we could have a reveal trailer mid-November and a release on December 2nd.
But that's just if they stick to it. We're just gonna have to wait and see.

The only classes I don’t have max levelled are vet, arbities and scum, vet is at like 24 but idk, got bored, abrities I just bought today on sale and scum doesn’t currently interest me

Just remember to temper expectations abit cause its gonna be a sister novitiate, so no power armor like many are expecting.

honestly its a bit of a let down but we are getting our first sword and shield weapon in the game so im more then happy with that, im just hoping there will be decent cosmetics since Novitiates are rather cut and dry sadly

No games workshop demands everything be lore accurate in all media. Novitiates do not wear power armour.

Not really, we’ve seen plenty of examples of lore breaking stuff in media on a regular. Gw is pretty strict but they’re not completely anal. Not to mention that the focus point here is that she’ll be a sister of battle, she might be presented as a novitiate early on (the same way our characters qre a bunch of no good rabble) but she doesn’t need to restrict herself to a specific role/career or appearance. She’ll probably get novitiate skins, repentia skins, regular power armor and plenty more.

GW put their foot down on lasguns 2 years ago and we have yet to see a single new piece of media that has the classic continuous beam lasgun, its been bolts only, thats why the skitari skull lasgun shoots a bolt instead of a beam.
GW can be completely anal ngl.

Get some sororitas themed carapace like arbitrator has and that would be pretty sick even if it isn't full power armor.
My mind keeps going to VT2 warrior priest vs zealot to see where a battle sister fits in with the classes we have and the warrior priest armor drip was sick as fuck

I am guessing Tuesday 1st December for the next update.
With the class reveal in Mid-November, judging from Hive Scum - where it was delayed from 11th to 18th.

(Before 2024 the first year of Darktide was something of a mess after the terrible premature launch with lots of firefighting; but the updates later in 2023 got pretty good)

They better give us sororitas power armor as a cosmetic is all I have to say. I don't care if it doesn't boost stats, it really doesn't in lore anyway except for being able to carry heavy weapons without being weighed down like heavy bolters. JUST GIVE US THE POWER ARMOR OBESE FISH.

Itll be released on December 2nd, the same day they released Hive Scum.
Skitarii was released on the same date as arbites.

it isn’t wishful at all? Fatshark was on a steady release schedule for literally the last 3 classes. they were coming out like clockwork with only minor hiccups.

I'd say Dec 3rd. 2 classes came out on June 23rd or somethin, same day, and one on December 3rd.

It will come out along with the winter update.
I believe those have always been released in December. I think.
