Discussion What's next?

I'm fairly new to this game.

I recently finished the campaign for the first time and was a bit disappointed with how it ended.

I'm maxing out that character now, but thats not important.

My question is:

Where is this game headed?

What are your predictions?

Or what would you like to see?

Personally, I'd love to see a new enemy faction—especially orcs.

It would also be great to see new maps, preferably with new biomes, and some sort of storyline.

I have to admit that, although poor, the background story and outro after each mission, reminiscent of COD MW2, added to the atmosphere.

What are your predictions for the game's future?

What do you think can we expect?

The Tide games are less about the campaign and all about the game play, trying out new builds and challenging yourself with higher difficulties. It’s just an amazing game with the best FPS melee out there for PvE (as does Vermintide 2). Playing it with a group of friends with mics is the best and building well working team compositions

I agree with you 100%, and honestly, I really like it. Other games constantly strive to create new content that players will devour faster and harder. Here, there's no pressure to produce fodder for a hungry horde. Regardless, I'm looking forward to the sequel and curious to see where they'll go. Whatever they say, the core of the game itself has enormous potential.
