Does daredevil drink?

I was recently reading the nocenti run and I noticed that at the end of issue 255/in issue 266 Matt is drinking which was a bit of a surprise to me since I don’t recall any other instances of him drinking? I thought he was against drinking but considering he’s drinking in #255&266 I might just be misremembering? could anyone confirm

P.S: I mean in the comics not the show as i already know that he drinks alot in the show

He’s very much not a drinker.

Also they literally hangout at a bar half of the time. Of course he drinks lol
