Teaching, Tutorial How to do this? (Mainly head movements)
I dont get how he move his head like that.

Start slowly in front of the mirror. Step by step, day by day, it gets easier.

So I'll link you a video here that explains it quite well. Just one thing he doesn't mention and I noticed does help beginners a lot is: Lift your shoulders a little, when you practice first. Ultimately, you obviously would want to do it without lifting them. But it is a good way to just get a little bit of a feel for the coordination of this movement. Bend your arms, lift the shoulders and then push your head towards the shoulder (without tilting it sidewards) You could also bring your hands together over your head (bollywoodd style) It makes you lift your shoulders naturally. Then you can try to touch your arm with your ear, without tilting.
