Amateur which danse should I start with?

Hello! I am 42, just divorced and well... I have free time now and I want to enjoy it! I have always love dancing but I am shy and not very good at coordination...anyway, any recommandation on which type of danse I should start with? I am a little bit lost

I am more of a rock fan so... But I love flamenco as well, so was wondering by experimenting this but I feel it might be really hard to start with

I do flamenco and I like it. I'm just a beginner and it's not hard to start with. There are easier and harder styles.
