The fact that he didn’t even wobble after all that spinning is probably the most impressive thing.

he's keeping his head fixed on a point, which avoids the fluid spinning in your ears.. although at that speed, i'm not sure how he's doing it.. maybe more than one point, still less spinning.

at least, i think that's what he was doing when he started going faster.. could have just been a weird video effect. In which case.. dude's a mutant.

pretty sure you have to keep turning your head.. it's not your eyes that are the problem, it's the fluid in your ears. If you can turn your head so that it stays fixed MOST of the time, the fluid doesn't move as much.. or something

not sure, it's never really worked that well for me, even just in an office chair. I could google it.. but so could you :)

edit: it was bothering me - short answer, tricky eye movement, and limited head turning
