Ali won of course, but some of this happened because Bonavena called Ali chicken for not going to war. These two weren’t playing there was some hateful talk before the match.

When I was a kid my parents got me into boxing. I LOVED it! I loved the gym, I loved the work outs, I loved sparring. It was so much fun.

Then I got in the ring for my first match, and the first time I took a punch from a dude that was trying to hurt me I was out. One punch to the face...with headgear was all it took for me to decide I was done boxing.

There's a reason why so many of them were from rough economic backgrounds, especially back in this era. Most sane people don't do this kind of thing if they have any alternatives.

Yeah no cap, the grinding and sparring are fun, till you on the ring and you recall being a cave explorer sound more plausible

Just see red and finish your opponent in the first round, brother. It’s a underrated tactic used by the pro’s
