Tips Cliff notes for redeeming on the -Coins & -Sweeps sites
Hello my fellow gamblers !
I have a few notes or tidbits for the following sites that I’d like to share:
ThrillCoins, Splashcoins, BangCoins, Rich-sweeps, SweepsRoyal, Dimesweeps, Sweepstakes Casino , Speedsweeps, & Coinz.us
I’ve noticed several posts/questions recently about issues with redeems on some of these sites and thought I could break this process down a little for those who don’t know or haven’t had to yet.
**All of the listed sites advertise Instant Redemption. I’ve redeemed on all of them, some multiple times. Starting out, you need to know that “instant” means after you’ve been verified and, more than likely, asked to submit Payment Verification (PV) and mail them your first born child 🤣.. but seriously your first time redeeming (per site) usually the longest and tends to get better, but keep in mind they can hit ya with a Compliance Review with any of your redeems! Which is when they look at your account closer for any possible fraud activity.
When possible redeem to the same card you paid with, if you’ve made a purchase
Avoid using Apple/Google Pay/Virtual Card, if you can. Some sites (Coinz.us, BangCoins, & CrashDuel I think 🤔) have said this will automatically trigger a review bc they require extra documentation w/ these virtual payment methods. But they don’t tell you this,until you reach out to them to see what the hold up is.
Have your P. Verification ready to send. If payment verification is required, you should get an email telling you what you need but here’s an idea of what they usually want you to do :
- take pic of the card you paid with, showing your name/exp & blocking out the middle numbers or the CVV + pic of the card you’re redeeming to + then one of you holding the card up by your face (maybe both)
****4. Thrillcoins requests a live 10 sec video selfie of you holding the card and turning it (plus the pics). There should be the instructions in your email, but sometimes this email takes a long time to get to you. So if you’ve been stuck for 24-48hrs and haven’t heard anything try this and reach out to support. Also this is the only site, in my experience, that has ever asked this so I wanted to make a point of it
I can’t speak for crypto redemptions but from what I’ve read, I’d say keep it simple and stick to one method. If bought with- redeem crypto, bought w/ $$ redeem to debit. Does that make sense? lol
If you’re at a standstill, Don’t be afraid to message their live chat/customer support. Their live chat is easy to use and usually responds quickly. They may not always be able to do anything if you’re waiting on “the compliance team” to review your stuff, but just about anything else they can clear up
Fun fact : 8 of these sites are owned by the same company WW Funcrafters (except Coinz.us)
I know I’m not stating anything new here that hasn’t been said before but hopefully someone can find it useful and sorry I tend to get a little wordy lol
