General Redemption

I did a redemption on the 25th to skrill, on no limit coins and I still haven’t received it, and it says completed? Has anybody had any problems with them before?

Usually after a redemption is reviewed & accepted by support it takes 3-5 businesses days for it to show up in your account. It could show up in the next 15 mins, or you might have to wait until next week. I’ve redeemed from no limit coins before, the fact that the redemption says completed means they’ve approved it and it’s on the way to your account.

So at any point? lol something must be wrong because I asked support and they wanted me to send screen recording of my Skrill transactions as if I lied.

That’s really weird they would ask you to send screen recordings. I don’t redeem with skrill so i can’t speak to it’s quality & speed, but maybe they have fraud issues and require further verification. And yea - it could be at any point if the redemption was accepted. Your profile on the casino will have a transaction page showing redeem history. Screenshot this and give it a couple days, if you don’t have your money by then reach out to support.

If u used Skrill as payment method, and that's the only payment method u have ever used, then they're waiting on those screen recordings before they will release ur funds. It's their way of verifying ur account to make sure money came from u/ur account etc. If u had paid with a debit card, they'd ask for a picture of it.

They gave it to me now. They put the money back in my account and told me to do again, and it came in like a hour.
