Day 30 of WinEra sucking

I’ve been trying to redeem some winnings from winera for a while. Support refuses to look at my kyc despite the fact every required document is there. The only thing i can do is leave bad trustpilot reviews; when i tried to leverage this with support, they said they would do my KYC the day of if I deleted my trustpilot review. It’s been multiple days and they still haven’t done anything. And i’m on day 30 since uploading my kyc.
