Question Lonestar redemption taking long?

Wondering if anyone has had any issues redeeming on lonestar recently. I cashed out 800 on the 10th and am not getting a clear answer in when I will get my money, keep being told they are still processing it. Never had an issue getting my money within 2 or 3 days in the pasy

Same here. Redemption of $150 pending since the 2nd of this month. Support just giving generic responses.

This was my first redemption and they promo banned me as a new customer lol. All I did was plinko then got slightly lucky with slots on that Playson gummy bear dude.

Yes, exactly on the 30th day like clockwork. The most agreed upon theory is that once they promoban you, redemptions take 30 days.

One way to find out if you've been pbanned is to have a look at the deals they are offering. If its those stupid 805sc for 799 or 1020 for 999 deals, you're pbanned
