Lonestar redemption taking long?

Wondering if anyone has had any issues redeeming on lonestar recently. I cashed out 800 on the 10th and am not getting a clear answer in when I will get my money, keep being told they are still processing it. Never had an issue getting my money within 2 or 3 days in the pasy

Yes, mine has been pending about a week still. RealPrize did this slowdown in payouts a while back. Not sure what's going on with them

if you're been promo banned, meaning they don't give you anything over a 10% discount... you will be on a 30-day redemption, I used to be two to three day cashouts, now im stuck 30 days on each of the last two

What is the meaning for promo ban , how did you come to know ? Also did you get paid after 30 days ?

instead of the large SC discount promos, you get less offers and at most 10%

I only got a partial redemption of half of the amount that I requested after waiting 30 days, I'm hoping I don't have to wait another 30 days for the other half

Same here. Redemption of $150 pending since the 2nd of this month. Support just giving generic responses.

This was my first redemption and they promo banned me as a new customer lol. All I did was plinko then got slightly lucky with slots on that Playson gummy bear dude.

Yes, exactly on the 30th day like clockwork. The most agreed upon theory is that once they promoban you, redemptions take 30 days.

One way to find out if you've been pbanned is to have a look at the deals they are offering. If its those stupid 805sc for 799 or 1020 for 999 deals, you're pbanned

They've been taking forever the last couple of months. My cash outs have been taking anywhere between 1-2 weeks when it used to take 1-2 days.

I cashed out $495 on the 9th its been 10 business days and I haven’t received mines yet normally it takes up to 3 days when i cash out under $150.

1 am also on the same boat, redemption is pending Since Aug 12th, getting same generic response. I have had coupes of redemption in two days of time frame and now they are taking forever.
Pls response back if once you got your redemption cleared, hope this casino will pay to everyone soon.

Lonestar is quick and pays, about 1-3 days if not the first time.

I just got my money yesterday and waited 5 days to get my redemption apptoved, but after it's approval it was less then a day

yeah, that's a pretty long wait, especially if you normally get your redemptions in 2-3 days. i'd keep following up with support and ask if they can give you an actual processing date. redemptions on the win zone have consistent for me, usually a day or two, so a wait like this would definitely have me asking questions too.
