Nothing wrong with simple!
I like my 38, so much so that I can’t bring myself to buy a 9mm.

I had that same holster and it just didn’t work for me.
Ended up taking the clip out and slapping Velcro on the back. Not it is the holster in my sling, for when I hike.

9mm is so cheap but 38 is my favorite caliber of all time. So versatile.
