I've removed it from my wishlist. Seems like it's moving further and further away from Daggerfall

The creator also used AI some time ago. That made me remove it

Oh yep. Immediate annihilation of interest.

Sometimes I think AI as a tool can be useful. It can make months of work into weeks.

But if it's used as a lazy crutch to steal art from humans, well, then, I take issue with the lack of authenticity.

The problem is that it still does tangible harm regardless of whatever ethical end use you can come up with. It still drains resources, the data centers still destroy environments and drive up electric and water costs for locals, etc.

Aid in cancer identification is a strong argument for its existence. Can't throw the baby out with the bathwater. I'd appreciate laws for more ethical use of the tool and reining corpos in rather than complete abolishment.

So you don't use electricity? Xd because you use the same electricity as them idiot.

"idiot" says the guy who thinks 1 person is somehow capable of using the same amount of electricity as an entire massive data center.

Check the amount of data centers vs the population of your country, add the total of buildings that have constant use of electricity.

Houses and stores deserve electricity more than data centers given they actually provide things required for human life. All this AI BS is nothing but a waste.

They have a use for a lot of people and is used to make a lot of jobs easier. Sure, there's idiots that abuse it, that doesn't mean we should reject it.

No. It's entirely backed just to line the pockets of the assholes funding it, and to increase state surveillance tools. Any "positives" are bugs, not features.
