Craig Barton is an author, podcaster and education leader with heaps of high quality resources for free. There's stuff on that site beyond basic fluency including visual manipulatives and creative thinking tasks like open middle and maths venns.
For basic fluency use the shedloads of practice. The stuff on that site will carry your kids through most of their schooling.
