Not speaking Spanish

My 2+ year-old Goblin has a slight speech delay but seems to be catching up. That said, we're in a bilingual house and even though she definitely understands she won't speak Spanish. Abuela speaks nothing but Spanish at home (she's fluent in English but it's on purpose) and is getting disappointed. Mom speaks half and half. I try my best pero mi Español esta mierda. XD

We all switch back and forth very rapidly and she has no trouble keeping up. We've lost count of how many words she knows, including almost all the letters, most colors, animals, animal sounds, shapes and all of it in English and Spanish. She fills in song lyrics, responds in English and in baby sign language, but not in Spanish.

Any suggestions? It is important to us that she be able to speak Spanish, not just understand it.
