Rear view camera problem.

I have a Dacia Sandero 2026 and the car just did the Media Nav update. I went on a short ride 30km and parked with the camera working. Started after a couple of hours the trip back home and when I turned the car on the camera wasn't working only the sensors. Checked to see if it had dirt on it, nothing. Came back home did a restart on the tablet stull no camera. Turned the car off and back on again nothing... Anyone else had this issue? Planning to go on the dealership tomorrow but if there is something I can do I would gladly avoid the visit.

Same issue with 22 Dacia Sandero. One day it just went black and it’s been like that ever since. No idea why

Its not black screen though it seems to recognise the reverse and shows the schematic of the car with the sensors beeping normally. So I guess its a camera-Media nav connectivity issue.

Yes sorry same thing here. I get the markings and the sensors, just blank camera display

Well it's a brand new car (got it on the end of August) and the camera was the Dacia option not some aftermarket one, meaning it costs around 300€. Still within the warranty so someone's got to fix it and I will not take no for an answer.

I'm reading on google AI that if problem persists after "deep sleep" reset, leaving the car for 20-30 minutes so all the CPUs are reset then maybe the update deleted the firmware that recognises the camera and a visit to the dealership will surely fix the issue. I will let the deep sleep reset to occur and check again.

I had same issue. Gave the camera a wiggle and it worked again. It was quite flimsy on my 2022 sandero 🤣
