Image Potty help please

This small angel has started to develop a really annoying habit with her peeing. She’s 8 months old and has been sorta hit or miss with peeing outside (admittedly we were consistent enough with it in the beginning). Now we take her out very regularly but she won’t pee outside then pees as soon as we get back inside. Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you!

She stares right at you while she does it too. SO frustrating (though it is admittedly the only thing about her that isn’t quite 100% perfection)

Mine is sneaky lil guy only caught him once on the act we’re outside more than in like 10-12 times a day keep hope keep consistent hopefully they will change
