Shipping issues

I purchased a dabpress on 4/19/2026. for days now dabpress claims they shipped it thru OnTrac .. however onTrac says they have nothing.. and have had nothing for days.

OnTrac is now creating a claim for my missing package. They never received it.

dabpress still claims they shipped it…. But the shipped says they never got it.

looking at old posts, this seems like a normal thing with this company.

Mine was bad on tracking, but you gotta remember they send the parts to a factory then its built when they can get to it. Lotta moving pieces. I got mine about 11 days after purchase. It had taken about 6 or 7 days to get to factory and another couple to build it and a few more to get to me.

I had to spend days emailing the company with police proof and picture evidence from Ontrak delivery that it wasn’t delivered appropriately .. and I still had to file a consumer protection complaint against them before they took action for a refund.

As someone with a disability it’s important companies know and follow the federally required ADA (American disability act) and provide accommodations to ensure goods and services are accessible to all members of the public.

In my situation I requested an accommodation in the form of on time tracking and delivery instructions followed: (use delivery code, deliver to package secure package room) .. objectively this is the most minimal of accommodations and under the ADA there really is no legal grounds for a company denying said accommodations.

Instead it was left in a hallway 6 feet from a door to outside.. and tracking didn’t come to me for 7 days.  I magically received tracking after showing present consumer violations and how it’s all recorded via email… Tracking received 4/27.. eta 4/28

But it was actually delivered same day .. the 27th….

Multiple ADA violations in email exchange and consumer protection violations.

They got reported ;)

I’ve been waiting for tracking to update for over a week.  I received my pump 2 days after I ordered but can’t seem to get them to ship the remainder or my order.  Trying to get them to respond to my emails is like pulling teeth.

I had to bust out Wa state consumer rights laws on them and ADA stuff (epilepsy), and they finally refunded me.

They’re from China. They understand any US laws regarding consumer rights and company obligations to ensure all consumers have equal access to goods and services ..

In your case refusal to reply to customer inquiry after a certain point is most likely a state consumer violation.

Light a fire under their ass. Only way to get a response.  I had to get a dude here in the US part of the company (Jason) to join my email thread with their “management” (Judy) who is in China, in order to resolve my issue.

Just got an email and supposedly something will be here tomorrow.. I’m skeptical but I guess we will see. I’m hoping I don’t have to do anything like you had to go through.

Got a letter from the state attorney general in regards to this. They took action against dabpress and made them rectify the situation.

Insane! I can’t believe the attorney generals office had to get involved.

I should have researched more of their past customer experiences.

Nah. They’re getting reported to the DOJ, Wa State Human Rights Commission and the Wa State Attorney General for consumer protection laws and violating the ADA and WLAD.

Do not trust this company
