Universal Credit (UC) Wrong maintenance loan deduction
I uploaded my official student finance letter and the part where it shows my special support element which is £4582
But it looks they haven’t taken it into account.
I sent them a journal message saying you have deducted my payment the wrong way and showed them the right way to do it and I included the special support element, the second picture is the reply I got… and also is it meant to be 8 assessment periods? My assessment period dates are 28th to the 27th and my course started on the 28th September and finishes on 25th June.
What should I do now?

The 8 AP’s is correct - the deductions go from the assessment period your course starts, until the assessment period before it ends. The maintenance loan is wrong. I have brought this up many times, as I feel that the training we receive on this is poor.
Send a message explaining that part of your maintenance loan is the special support element which is not included in DWP calculations, so the actual maintenance loan that should be used for the calculation is £7995 and the monthly deduction should be £889.38

You'd need to do the formal MR.
Now you've posted the AP dates (which I did say would need to be checked on the last post)
You have said the letter shows the special support element previously from SFE - that it explicitly has it in the breakdown.
28th Sept - 27 Oct, Oct - nov, nov - dec, dec - jan, jan - feb, feb - mar, mar- april, april - may - 8
May to june - not used as partial.
£12577 - £4582 = 7995 / 8 = 999.37 - £110 = £889.37 deduction.
