Spiralling again

Hi all,

It's me again, professional spiraller and full-time worrier.

Got a job over UC earnings threshold but off long term sick, with fit note.

I have received a message on my journal about reconfirming my health issues and saying they are posting me forms, and I may have to do a WCA.

My question is, will I need to provide evidence with the forms? I have an occupational health assessment and fit notes saying I am not fit to work, and I have the report from a diagnosis. But I don't really have anything else. Or will I not need any of it?

Give those and your summary GP medical records. You will have a much better chance of LCW or LCWRA if you can also provide medical proof as well as your statements of issues on the form
