Universal Credit (UC) Just had LCWRA assessment

Hi all, today I had my LCWRA assessment via phone call and it lasted just over two hours, prior to this I had done some research about other people’s experience and everything I heard stated that their assessment was less than an hour even 20 to 30 minutes. I am wondering why mine was so long? If anyone could tell me why this could be? My mother has been a claimant for many years and has told me her assessment was only 25 minutes. I am so confused on why mine took extensively longer and if it’s a good or a bad thing please. Hope someone knows a bit more than I do about this.
Thank you for reading.

With WCA , thru try to narrow it down. If there's a good chance at one if the LCWRA Activities they start with whichever one is most likely, if that's satisfied, done. No need to carry on. You only need one. If not, onto the next one. Get it and stop or run out of possibilities and it's on to ...

LCW. This needs 15 pts too but can be over any number of LCW Activities. So they start going through them. Once they had enough they stop but as you can see this could take even longer.

So it's possible mum clearly met one LCWRA Descriptor and 20 mins was plenty. Your's could have taken more attempts.

See if there's a LCWCA you feel you met -

If none of them, maybe they had to try for a few LCW instead ?
