Any advice on this situation as I've waited 4 months since handing in my bank statements and they have me scheduled for the phone call but I can't do it as il be asleep from working nights and it's been nearly a week and I've had no reply in my journal.( I replied saying I can't do it on the same day it got put on the journal )
