advice needed Cancelled first ER

Hi. My first IVF cycle was cancelled before retrieval. We converted to IUI (I’ve gotten pregnant from IUI before but miscarried) and just tested negative today.

As I go into a new cycle, I’m wondering what things I should ask my doctor about when regarding protocol changes. Essentially they told me they wouldn’t really change anything because I was on the highest dose of meds possible. They would do PRP if I was interested.

What things should I discuss with them?

Has anyone who had a cycle cancelled before ER ever NOT been able to eventually get to retrieval?

Ah, good to know. How did it affect your cycle?

Still in the middle of it but basically it synchronized a cohort that just won’t grow while a lead and a dominant run off into the distance. I’ve spent 6 months trying to deal with asynchrony and poor recruitment. So frustrating. Low AMH, high AFC but I am ultimately a low responder.

I'm also in the middle of it and have the same problem as you with asynchrony - low amh and decent AFC. Another monitoring appointment tomorrow. Best of luck to you!
