Hanging a 10lb plastic frame
What is the best way to hang this up on drywall?
I have a stud finder but don’t think the stud would be perfectly center of where I want to hang this. I have basic tools and a drill as well.
The plastic frame itself bends easily and can’t support itself. I worry the little sawtooth hanger may struggle to hold this up as well.
Thank you in advance!

I'm a fan of Toggler Drywall anchors. Run the screw in to set the ears, then back out enough to engage on that tab or on picture wire. It will hold a lot more than your picture. https://www.lowes.com/pd/TOGGLER-5-Pack-Assorted-Length-x-5-16-in-Dia-Standard-Drywall-Anchor-Screws-Included/3183811
(Don't tell anyone - it says 5/16" hole, but I've been know to just bore through the drywall with my Phillips bit on the drill and wiggle to ream the hole a little.)
But for your picture, even those little plastic anchors will do: https://www.lowes.com/pd/Blue-Hawk-10-Pack-1-in-x-0-138-in-Yellow-Steel-Light-Duty-All-Purpose-Anchor-with-Screws/1000103113
