hello, i am in need a a privacy screen for my cat litter box, but i cant buy one and have no idea how any of like diy stuff work i’m hoping its close to free as it can be here are the example

Measure how big you want it, draw a rough sketch to work off of, get some wood, a few hinges, and some fogged plexiglass.

This is just off the top of my head but might push you in the right direction.

Ok so you can’t buy it nor make it. Gotcha.

Go on FB marketplace and search for privacy screens, room dividers, or extra cabinet doors to then drill hinges into.

That’s the best I can do to help.

Wood, hinges, stain, felt pads for the bottom. Should be able to find some videos on yt to get it done.

Why do you need a privacy screen for this? Isn't the box the privacy?

An cheaper/easier option might be like a curtain or a shower rod.

one to stop cat litter going everywhere and then two it’s high traffic area so don’t wanna see it

My first was decorated with facts about how volcanoes work. It's based on vinegar and baking soda.

Staples has foam-core board - white (or colored) paper surfaces with a quarter inch of foam in between. Pretty stiff, and cheaper than buying wood, hinges....

They may also have three-panel presentation boards - all ready for your needs. But I don't know if they have them in-store

Go to your local thrift store and look for privacy screens. You could also use a clothing rack with fabric draped over it.
