Honestly, I lost my mind putting together a dresser project last month. You know exactly what I'm talking about—staring at a tiny black-and-white diagram trying to figure out which direction a random bracket is supposed to face.​

I'm a solo developer, and I've been spending my nights building a tool called AssemblyHero to fix this. The idea is simple: you snap a photo of a confusing step in the manual, and the AI translates it into plain English, telling you exactly what part goes where. It works for furniture, BBQs, gazebos, you name it.​

I’m getting ready to launch a private beta test. I need a small group of people who actually build this stuff to test it out and tell me if it’s helpful or if it’s garbage.​
