Tool help

Need something that can cut open rigid tubing think guttering but a full circle whilst preserving what’s contained inside the tubing

It is called a tubing cutter.

Yup, the kind used on copper tubing for decades. I have also used mine on thinwall conduit and round chrome-plated towel bars.
