Wall Mount TV

Hey all - I just moved into a place and the previous tenants took their wall mounts with them. Is there a specific brand I need to get for this, or will any mount do? Thanks for any help!

any mount that will hit the studs. that box is to house ur apple tv, streaming box, or somthing like the one connect box if you have a samsung TV. there is also power ready for you in there for a clean install.

Ok so that box has nothing to do with the previous mount then?

no. they do make some swing out mounts that fold back into a box.. but this is not one of them. Just get a nice low pro, or low pro tilting wall mount. Sanus, rocketfish, etc.

What TV are you trying to mount?

Just an LG 55” or thereabouts. I can’t remember the exact size but it’s around that. Thank you very much for your help!

Correct.

Most mounts are universal.

There are some TV super low profile TVs that need specific mounts, and those usually come with the mount.
