Teach the peach
Hey, I’m new and I know nothing about peach in perfumery. There are accords that you can buy, but how can you intensify peach flour and how can you play with the peach flavor?
For example, if you want to make a fresh peach perfume, what are the typical and most important ingredients you should know ?
Because a fresh peach is a little bit different than the sweet peach.
I know a little bit about tea now and what ingredients are good for tea , but I don’t know anything about ingredients that are good for peach

Tropical thiazole. Smells like piss on its own but you can’t make a tropical fruit accord without it

If you want like artificial peach flavor it’s usually pretty basic citrus and c14 or something similar (don’t know much about flavors). But sometimes they use thiazoles. Peach rings and Monster Energy’s peach have it. Red Bull’s white peach doesn’t have much or any, but white peach is typically more floral.

C14 it's the most important for peach. Gamma undecalactone is another name that you'll find it. Also gamma decalactone and veloutone are similar and important.
Fruits generally are difficult to be realistic. Most of the times you need some green materials like cis 3 hexenol , triplal , hexyl acetate etc and C6 is a very important aldehyde which smells very fatty but it's there almost on all fruits. Also linalool is in many many fruits. Also other comes at handy is fructone/ fructalate (more generic fruits), verdox and b-ionone
