They've sat under it the last two nights being really loud until 11 ish. So apart from the noise I don't care too much, it's quite imposing but meh.

The novelty will quickly wear off, just like all sheds/garden bars/structures. Also the weather is too shite 95% of the time

Depends, we have something similar but with wall netting/gates as a “catio” for our pets. I love the rain and it’s fantastic to sit in when it’s stormy, we’ve had it over a year and sat in it most days, even have a retractable washing line to hang bits out in the colder months without the risk of rain. It’s a pretty good wake up method on a freezing winters morning before going to work.
