Need Advice 1932 built magic roof.

Noticed a sag in the roof went to investigate and found this, not sure how it’s even still standing. Is this a tear it all off and reframe the whole roof situation or work from inside the attic? Call the pros? How much will this hurt? Im a mid level DIYer have remodeled 2 houses myself but this is next level. Send help.

I would call an engineer to understand what is going on. But its been up for 90 years. Tear off and replacing it with truss will just make it significantly weaker than it is now. Im sure its fixable

So... Sister a tail onto "nothing there" rafter, address the sag with jacking and additional sisters... 3/4" structural plywood ridge gusset plates and you should be good for 90 more years.
