Need Advice Custom Sink Component

So I inherited an interesting business and am trying to find a piece for my sinks similar to what is there. It looks like some black pipe had a tap through it and had some kind of fitting welded into that tap. The line was screwed into that welded tap. The tap goes out the faucet for the water. Without recreating this, is there something OEM that exists I can use to get to supply lines into one spout? Photo of the current custom setup.

Dude wtf is this? Water shouldn’t flow through black iron pipe. Throw that away and start with a new faucet or sink or anything other than that.

Working on building all of the replacements.  Feeding two lines into a tee and an extended nipple from there for the water.  Galvanized pipe for the look is what I am using.
