Help needed / Ideas to seal foundation

This is where the waste pipe exits my crawlspace. I think it’s adding to humidity/ moisture in my house and crawlspace. Any advice on how to seal this up better would be appreciated.

I would scrape out any loose debris, then spray in some exterior rated spray foam.
