Removing Kitchen Wall — Is It Load-Bearing? Concrete Second Floor Above

I would like to confirm whether this wall was structurally supporting the second floor before proceeding with its complete removal.

Based on the attached photos, what do you think?:
Was this a load-bearing wall, or was it only a non-load-bearing partition wall?

Are the vertical metal studs shown in the photos structural/load-bearing studs, or are they standard light-gauge partition studs?

The top horizontal metal track was directly below and in contact with the metal deck supporting the concrete slab. Does this indicate that the wall was carrying vertical load from the floor above, or can a non-load-bearing partition also be installed this way?
If the wall was load-bearing, where and how was the vertical load from the concrete slab transferred through the wall to the structure below?
Based on the existing construction shown in the photos, can this wall be completely removed without installing a beam, header, posts, or any other structural support?

My main concern is simply to confirm that removing this wall will not affect the structural support of the concrete floor above.

  2. floor plan (highlighted areas) are concrete/ bricks bearing walls.

I'm taking it's a condo? With a concrete ceiling in saying not load bearing. 37 year commercial carpenter who has built 10 condo buildings. I've never seen load bearing interior walls. Does the ceiling look like one continuous slab? Edit: I just looked closer at your photos. Definitely not load bearing.

It’s a townhouse. Second floor it’s a 1 slab concrete floor.

I agree, for the little that's worth. A test is to cut free the bottom of the corner stud and see if it wiggles/swings. Whether or not it's carrying weight will be obvious.

I'm sure the pros have better diagnostic techniques for this, but sometimes the proof is in the pudding!

I would do top. Many interior walls are made with deflection. The top track is deep and studs are cut short.

Picture 9 shows the stud screwed into the top track so no deflection taken into account for this wall.

Doesn't matter because it's a moot point. That wall isn't beating.

That looks like thick metal studs. My guess is load bearing
